Inferno Body Jewellery is a business-to-business wholesale supplier serving verified professional piercers, studio owners and authorised resellers. Access to wholesale pricing and purchasing may be restricted to approved business customers.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which our products and services are offered.
2. Wholesale Account Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are reserved for eligible industry professionals and businesses.
Applicants may be required to provide information confirming their professional or commercial activity, including business details, VAT information, studio or online-store information, and other reasonable evidence required to verify eligibility.
Applications are manually reviewed and may be approved or declined at our discretion where eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Account Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when registering or ordering is complete, accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate wholesale accounts where:
- eligibility requirements are no longer met;
- account information cannot be verified;
- wholesale credentials are shared or misused;
- fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; or

4. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and availability information are accurate.
Because products may be photographed under studio lighting and viewed on different screens, minor differences in colour or appearance may occur.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.
We may discontinue products, change specifications or limit available quantities where reasonably necessary.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed to approved wholesale customers are subject to change without notice.
Applicable VAT, taxes, duties and other charges depend on the customer's location, business status and applicable tax rules.
Where VAT-free intra-EU B2B purchasing is available, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid VAT information.
Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, tariffs or other charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or place an order on hold where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any amount due will be refunded using the applicable payment method.
