Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Operate a registered business with a valid company VAT ID.
• Maintain a physical studio location or a professional online store.
• Be actively piercing in a professional setting and adhere to industry-standard safety and hygiene guidelines.
• OR be an active reseller or distributor of professional piercing jewellery, tools, or related products.

We reserve the right to request proof of business operation, certification, or documentation to confirm eligibility.

Application Review Process

All wholesale applications are manually reviewed and approved by our team to ensure accuracy and legitimacy. Approval is based on the information provided at the time of submission. Incomplete or unverifiable applications may be declined or require additional documentation.

Once approved, wholesale customers gain access to exclusive pricing, promotions, and priority service tailored to professional use and resale.

Account Maintenance & Review

To preserve the integrity of our wholesale system, all wholesale accounts are reviewed every six (6) months. Accounts found to be inactive, non-operational, or no longer meeting eligibility criteria will be deactivated or removed from our system without prior notice. This ensures that only legitimate industry professionals continue to benefit from our wholesale pricing and premium product access.

Fair Access Policy

Inferno Body Jewellery strictly prohibits the sharing or misuse of wholesale account credentials. Wholesale pricing and benefits are intended solely for approved account holders. Any attempt to provide access to unauthorized parties will result in immediate account termination.
