Thank you for choosing Inferno Body Jewellery for your studio needs. Once we receive your order, we process it within 24 hours.

We ship all around the world. Each order is packaged with care and is shipped from our European offices, via UPS or DHL. Standard delivery within Europe usually takes one week (7 days), but international orders may take a few days more depending on location. Express shipping delivery times range from 1 to 4 days, depending on location. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by customs clearance, worker strikes, holidays, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to track your order via the shipping carrier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Based on where you are, your parcel may need to go through customs clearance. Inferno Body Jewellery is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.), nor delays in shipping caused by customs clearance processes.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

Our team is very committed to packing each order of your orders with love and care. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewellery and piercing tools. Returns are only accepted in case of faulty items or if your order was incorrectly fulfilled.

  • Time Frame: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to submit your request.
  • Condition for Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If your order has been incorrectly fulfilled by our team, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item(s) and send you the correct item(s) at no additional shipping charge.
  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, contact us as soon as you discover the issue. We will exchange it for the same item, subject to availability, and ship the replacement to you free of charge.

Non-Qualifying Conditions

  • After 14 days from your initial purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
  • Exchanges are only available for the same item and are subject to availability.

Refunds

If you qualify for a return, the value of the item(s) will be returned to you in the form of credit to spend on future orders. In extreme cases and if you are still dissatisfied with our services, you may ask for a refund of the value of the returned item(s) instead of credit.

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (time may differ and is subject to the policies of the bank / payment method used).

Shipping for Returns

  • In the case of a faulty item or incorrectly fulfilled orders, as stated above, we will arrange pick-up of the item(s).
  • Packaging: You may use standard courier boxes or envelopes for your return. We will reach out to you for the final dimensions and weight of the package in order to arrange the pick-up of the item(s). The item must be in its original condition, pristine and unused and must not be included in the product categories prohibited for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons (body jewellery, piercing tools).
