Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Inferno Body Jewellery. Once we receive your order, we process it and check for item availability. Some specific items like body piercing jewellery may need to be made to order, as we work directly with our ASTM F136 Titanium suppliers that manufactures it. In such cases we make sure to notify you and you will receive regular updates regarding the waiting times, which may be up to 4 to 6 weeks. 

We are based in Europe and all of our EU and international orders are shipped via UPS. Standard delivery is between 2-8 business days. We also offer express shipping options (1-4 days) when available. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to track your order via the shipping carrier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Based on where you are,  your parcel may need to go through customs clearance. Inferno Body Jewellery is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

If the rare occasion of a faulty item occurs, we offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase under conditions. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will guide you through the process.
